Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute is a university featured by ceramics. Zhang Jingjing, dean of the International School, said that during the suspension of classes, the university organized teachers to offer online Chinese courses, but ceramics, calligraphy, Taichi and other courses could not be offered online. At present, with the gradual restoration of campus order, offline classes of Ceramics, Chinese language, Calligraphy, Taichi, Survey of China and other courses have been gradually restored.
Since mid-May, students living in other Chinese provinces have returned to the campus. Now there are 61 international students at JCI. The rest of the students who choose to return to their own countries have applied for a semester suspension on their own, and the time to return to China will be determined according to the development of the epidemic situation.
