JCU has witnessed 110 years of continuous efforts.In order to carry forwardthe schoolmotto－“sincerity, austerity, forgiveness and perseverance”,and to tellthestoriesof it,JCUinvited all its alumni to participate in the 110thanniversary celebration.
After being informed of the interactive activities of the anniversary,JCUalumni associations responded actively.Alumni associations in Anhui, Foshan, Hebei and Sichuan organized local alumni to shoot videostosend blessings toJCU. The Fujian Alumni Association organized the alumni to visit the "Gulong Kiln" and fruit pickingactivities to enhance friendship and pass on the spirit of the 110thanniversary ofJCU.JCUAlumni Basketball Association and Shanghai Alumni Association Basketball Team organized basketball matches respectively, and shot videos to send blessings toJCU. The head and secretary-general of Shandong alumni associationvisited local enterprises, and held the activities entitled "visiting ceramic exposition, boosting the 110thanniversary ofJCU”,which include appreciating ceramic and glass works, visiting alumni enterprises and participating fellowship activities.Those activities increased the friendship among alumni, enhanced thetie amongalumniandimproved thesocial reputation ofJCU.The "Achievements Exhibition in Celebration of the 110th AnniversaryofJCU", held by JingdezhenAlumni Association, is under active preparation and will be held in JingdezhenArt MuseumfromOctober 1stto5th
It is reported that the flag with the names ofJCUstudents will be passed around the alumni, and finally will return toJCUon the eve before the celebration!"The alumni sent their sincere wishes“Happy 110thbirthday and wish JCU fruitful achievements”.
