The Provincial Party Committee and Government Adjusted the Leading Group of JCI
On the morning of September 24, Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute held a meeting in the Administrative Building conference room 307, announcing the decision of the provincial Party Committee and government on the adjustment of JCI' s leading group. Zhou Xunguo, Deputy Minister of Organization Department of provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Working Committee of Non-public Economic Organization and Social Organization of Provincial Party Committee, Liang Wenmao, director of division No. 4 of Organization Department of provincial Party Committee attended the meeting. Members of the party and administrative leading group of JCI and secretaries of each sub-party committee (general Branch of the Party) attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mei Shican, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute.
Zhou Xunguo read out the decision of the Provincial Party Committee and government : Lv Pinchang was appointed Deputy Secretary and Vice President of JCI and will preside over the administrative work; Ning Gang is no longer Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of JCI. Lv Jinquan and Chen Yunxia were appointed Party Committee members and vice presidents of JCI.
In his speech, Zhou Xunguo fully affirmed Ning Gang's hardwork in JCI, and introduced the coming three new leaders: Lv Pinchang, Lv Jinquan and Chen Yunxia. He pointed out that the Provincial Party Committee and government are very concerned about the development of JCI and attach great importance to the construction of its leading group. The adjustment aims to enrich JCI' s leading group and is the result of careful consideration and lots of survey by the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government . He hoped that all the staff of JCI unify their thoughts and actions with the decision of the Provincial Party Committee and government and give full support to Lv Pinchang, Lv Jinquan and Chen Yunxia. He stressed that the school leadership team should discipline itself with the standards of politicians, educators, earnestly implementing the President responsibility system under the leadership of party committees of the university, strengthen the school party's construction, strive to enhance the connotation of school running and actively integrate into the national development strategy, maintain sustainable development to consolidate the healthy educational environment, closely rely on the school staff and forge ahead on the new journey of school development.
On behalf of the school leadership team members and all the teachers and students, Mei Shican first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Party Committee and government. Then, he extended his heartfelt thanks to NingGang for his efforts in JCI’ s development. In addition, Mei gave warmly welcome to Lv Pinchang, expressed congratulations for Lv Jinquan and Chen yunxia to join the school leadership team. He said that the school leadership will further improve its political awareness, enhance the "four" consciousness, firm the "four" self-confidence, achieve the "two" safeguard, and keep consistent with the Central Party Committee; He emphasized determination to maintain the unity of the leadership team, adhere to the principle of democratic centralism, and make the team a strong fighting collective; He announced resolution to fulfill duties and deliver satisfactory answers to the Provincial Party Committee and government and the people.
Ning Gang expressed firm support and compliance to the decision of the Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, and extended thanks to the Provincial Party Committee and provincial government for their strong support to the construction of the school leadership group. Furthermore, he expressed thanks to the cultivation, trust and support he got from the organization, co-workers over the years. He said although he would no longer be the principal leader of JCI, he is still a member of it. He would work harder and make contributions to the teaching, scientific research and discipline construction of JCI as always. He said that he believe under the leadership of the Party Committee of the university, the future of JCI will be brighter.
In his speech, Lv Pin-chang expressed his gratitude to the Provincial Party Committee and government for their trust, and resolute compliance to the decision of the Provincial Party Committee and government. He fondly recalled his working experience in JCI: "It is JCI that has nurtured me. I have spent 16 wonderful years here, and it is the most solid foundation for me to struggle outside. Twenty-five years ago, I left JCI to pursue my academic ideal in the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Now, I come back to my Alma mater, hoping to shoulder a responsibility for the development of it through diligence, dedication and devotion." He pointed out that JCI has a long education history with distinctive features; the provincial government has always attached great importance to the construction and development of it. Thinking of this, he said the mission awaiting for him is glorious, but requires great responsibility. He then solemnly announced that in his work, he would adhere to the correct political orientation, pursue the mission of talents cultivation, strive to be loyal, clean, and reliable. He emphasized that he would respect talents and create a good atmosphere of academic supremacy, unity and harmony, and integrity. Focusing on the core of education with ceramics as its characteristics, he would lead JCI striving to serve the country, society and local economic development and cultural construction, thus making contributions to the construction of Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone and the construction of a world-class famous university with distinctive characteristics.
In his speech, Lv Jinquan expressed thanks to the trust of Provincial Party Committee and government and the school Party Committee. He also extended thanks to the school leaders, colleagues for their long-term care, help and support. He said that he had built a close relationship with JCI through 37 years of constant companionship, and that it is his responsibility and obligation to contribute his wisdom and strength to the development of JCI. He solemnly stated that he would strengthen learning, always take learning as the foundation of his career, learn modestly from team members, constantly increase knowledge and talent, improve the working abilities; He said that he would focus on the central work of the school, and be engaged in the construction of Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot zone. Giving full play to his professional advantages, he would try to promote the rapid development of various undertakings with solid work. He said that he would adopt a truth-seeking working style, go deep into the grassroots, and promote the implementation of all work; He then said he would be strict with himself, be honest in performing duties and always responsible for the organization and family.
In her speech, Chen Yunxia expressed thanks to the trust and care of the organization, praise of the leaders, and support and help from colleagues. She said that she had been studying and working in JCI for 22 years since 1998. During the 22 years, she had fallen in love with JCI. It is because of the love she had the sense of responsibility. She solemnly stated that she would work hard to strengthen her political study, always keep her mind clear and firm, constantly improve herself and enhance her comprehensive ability in study and practice. Chen Yunxia said she would try to learn and understand the relevant work as soon as possible and figure out the main task. She would also adopt a pragmatic and down-to-earth working style; Strictly abiding by the Eight Provisions, she would always keep in mind the Party's purpose and discipline, consciously accept everyone's supervision; With a gratefulness and love in her work, Chen would strive to live up to everyone's trust and expectations.
